Information you provide
The enquiry form asks for your name, work email, optional company, service interest, and project description. Software and cybersecurity enquiries may include user or asset counts and information about your existing environment. Please do not include passwords, confidential customer records, or sensitive personal information.
When activated, the form sends your entries to a PHP handler on our hosting account. After server-side validation and Google reCAPTCHA verification, the hosting mail service forwards your enquiry to branislav.andjelkovic@gmail.com, our Gmail inbox. The form does not save enquiries in a website database. Mail queues, the recipient mailbox, backups, and hosting logs may retain information.
Why information is processed
The intended purposes are responding to requests, preparing proposals, arranging services, and managing business relationships. Depending on the request, the basis may be steps taken at your request before entering a contract, performance of a contract, or legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries. Any applicable legal obligations and the final processing arrangements will be documented before launch.
Google reCAPTCHA and form security
The enquiry form uses Google reCAPTCHA to help prevent spam and automated abuse. Once configured, it loads on the contact page and may process your IP address, browser and device information, interaction signals, and security cookies. Our server sends the verification token to Google; the form handler does not include your name, email, or message in that verification request.
We determine the security purpose of this processing. Google processes reCAPTCHA customer data under its applicable Cloud terms and data-processing arrangements. See Google’s reCAPTCHA data-processing information. If you prefer not to use the protected form, email us directly. The intended basis for spam prevention is our legitimate interest in protecting the website; applicable cookie requirements must also be assessed for the live setup.
Google Analytics
We plan to use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the website and improve its content. Depending on configuration, analytics may include pages visited, interactions, approximate location, browser and device information, and pseudonymous identifiers. These data should not be described as fully anonymous.
The intended setup will load Google Analytics only after you accept optional analytics. Refusing analytics will not prevent you from browsing or making an enquiry. Form entries, names, email addresses, and other directly identifying information must not be sent to Analytics. Advertising features are outside the currently planned scope.

Service providers and transfers
The website and PHP mail handler run on our hosting account managed through cPanel. cPanel is the control-panel software, not the identity of the hosting provider. The hosting provider and location must be specified before publication. Google provides reCAPTCHA verification and Gmail email handling. Processing locations and applicable safeguards must be confirmed for these services. The planned use of Google Analytics may involve processing outside your country. Applicable transfer arrangements and safeguards must be confirmed against the selected account and provider terms.
Retention and protection
The PHP handler does not create an enquiry database or application log of message content. Enquiries may remain in email, mail-server queues, and backups; hosting access logs may contain technical request data. The retention periods for these records and the Google Analytics retention setting must be specified before activation. Access controls and technical and organizational measures should reflect the data and processing risks.
Your choices and rights
Where applicable, you may request access to personal data, correction, erasure, restriction, or portability, and object to certain processing. Rights depend on the circumstances and legal basis. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. You may also complain to the competent data protection authority.
